Histogram: it is a graphical representation of the data. It shows the frequency distribution of the process.

If there is data spread in the process is the result of the variation that exists in the process. This can be identified by histogram. 

It also helps in to understand which area needs prime attention immediately. 

Uses of Histogram: 

1. It shows variation in ongoing process. 

2. Problem forcasting. 

3. Graphical representation of large data. 

Types of Histogram

1. Normal Distribution. 

2. Bi Modal Distribution. 

3. Right skewed Distribution. 

4. Left skewed Distribution. 

5. Random Distribution.
